How do you deal with not getting a 'normal' life?

There's simply no support to even help me apply (I don't know how, I can't figure it out on my own due to my condition), never mind going through five years of study. My conditions are neurological, I literally wouldn't be able to do the work.

At the moment it's a huge nope as I've been unemployed for 11 years so don't much fancy going another 5 years without a job, then there's the financial burden of getting a student loan when it's very possible I may have to drop out in the first week. I've been to college multiple times, that was hard enough but university is significantly harder. Besides half of the reason to want to have gone to university is for the social aspect of being a student, which I've missed out on now.
