I feel the opposite of entitled to tips, I thought I made that pretty clear.

Good tippers may get things like a few extra minutes after closing time to finish their drinks or game of pool, maybe a shot after last call, let into the bar if they get there a little early and I haven't opened up yet. Or maybe I'll sit and chat with them a little more and have more than just a transactional relationship with them.

Bad or non-tippers get the bare minimum, but they still get timely service. I don't just skip over them as other people come up to the bar or do other tasks instead of helping them. They get mediocre, albeit perfectly acceptable, treatment. My job is to serve people drinks and that's what I do.
