I'm having the same issue and it's really stressing me out. Before making an account, I used their web viewer feature to view a few celeb IG accounts (as I don't have an IG account). I thought by making an account it would have benefits like bookmarking the pages I was interested in browsing, but it's some kind of promo tool? I certainly don't want to monitor any stats or use any promotion features, and I don't have an IG.

So I need to delete this account, but there is nothing provided on the site to show how to delete the Ingramer account (only remove IG names you typed in, which I can't even remove the one I typed until I pay?). I've contacted their chat and email to ask for a deletion, but there's been no response.

Have you had any luck since in the site support closing your Ingramer site account?
