First boyfriend was at 14. He had a disability. I was the subject of a lot of rumors and scorn from people who thought I, his able bodied girlfriend, was using him. My meddling parents caused a lot of drama, and his mom despised me because she was in the "/u/jedda_walker is using him" camp. Broke up at 17.

Had a few very short lived flings with guys and girls for a few months, most toxic.

Met my current spouse at 17, right before I turned 18. Been with him since then. It's had lots of ups and downs. Lots of horrible, traumatic situations we got put into. Got married, and are still together... In-laws despise me, and it's a point of contrition. I developed a disability later in life, and have been needing care from him, which has been frustrating and has just added to my trauma (and his, really...).
