My job means I'm on the road alot. I knew some places I liked so I just drove around them. What I quickly realized is alot of the quite nice new estates were not advertised anywhere, the estate I'm in now had one piece in the Irish times like 5 years.ago before development started and on my travels I've noticed this more and more

So if you stay in sherry fitz or some property website all day you'll miss the really good deals I don't know why they don't advertise them maybe cause they don't need to waste the money but ive gone through a few places with gorgeous new estates but no way to find them

Also heads up check your credit situation out. If the hubby likes gambling or betting make sure he's got no direct debits for it, no bet365 accounts attached to a card etc that can be an unwelcomed hold on your mortgage , check through your statements and make sure they are clean proper etc. People are always surprised how deep they go into your financial history and how it can fuck you
