How does Amazon determine who gets throttled?

You might have experienced growing pains last year but you also enjoyed the wild wild west days as well as lower competition. Each subsequent year there'll be new challenges for new comers and a "back in my day" bs attitude doesn't really help because merch is hard to navigate regardless of when you joined the program.

Anyway, more empathy never hurts. I see too many people's opinions and concerns being discounted because they are at a lower tier and overall merch sellers can be harsh with their criticisms at times.

You have to realise some people here are genuine artists who have spent years crafting their work, whilst others are hustlers just doing the bare minimum passing off designs to VAs in third world countries for a buck a design.

Obviously people are going to get hurt when unfair shit happens... and just because they are in t100 doesn't mean they haven't worked hard to get to where they are.... you think practicing 4-5 hours a day drawing on top of a job or school for a decade isn't hard work??? Cause believe me... that's the kind of hard work I see artists do and they never get rewarded for that. Instead they get 15 dollar offers to do a 3 hour job because you know "art isn't a real job"

Tier numbers shouldn't define how to treat people .... a little empathy never hurt.
