How does one, in my situation, attract a man?

Femininity is youthful, innocent, inexperienced, and fertile.

You're studying biology, right?

Look up the concept of neoteny, and the retention of juvenile features in the female across mammals (but particularly primates) and observe the extensive sexual dimorphism between the male and female human.

Your body, though it has developed the secondary sex characteristics in kind with males; hair on the axilla and pubis, a coarsening of the vocal cords, etc.

has retained much of your youthfulness because your body's endogenous hormone production is estrogen and not testosterone based.

You will not put on as much muscle, you will retain more fat and in different parts of your body, your vocal cords won't get as thick and long, you won't get as much hair as men, etc.

On top of those features of your physiology, there is your psyche.

Men and women talk differently, they react to the world and difficulty differently, they speak to men and women differently.

There's an overwhelmingly large body of literature, from social surveys of vocabulary acquisition (men are simply much more likely to know what a "solenoid" is, and women are much more likely to know what "peony" refers to), to neurological differences in the brain (fMRI data unambiguously shows female brains operate differently from mens, and that gay men's brains actually resemble women in activation), etc.

Shyness and girlishness, the coyness and softness and sweetness that is female nature, is what men want from women.

Those are not weaknesses of character.

No one is telling you to be an airheaded floozy who can't think for herself, is a ditz, and is content with herself without self improvement - - those girls get plated.
