How does one work a 40 hour a week job, have time to cook healthy meals, sleep 8 hours a night, and go to the gym?

Gotta eat. Calories fuel your body. Eat eat eat. Sounds like the total opposite of what someone wants if they're trying to stay fit, but it's true.

Eat good food, sleep enough. Stretch and roll your body. Do yoga. Take care of yourself so you don't get hurt. But above all, eat. Eat good food and eat some more. The amount of calories your body burns by working full time and going to the gym is insane. Gotta give your body fuel. Cannabis and meditation also raise your stress tolerance, but that's more of a personal choice from experience.

I use a pressure cooker to give myself calories. It takes 10 minutes to prepare something and it lasts 1.5 days usually.
