How does this make sense??

The gp surgery says this, but my children's school claims that if a child has any symptoms of covid 19, they must not go in and must get tested asap. Even if its just a normal cough. Which is common at this time of year with weather changes etc.

I cant see schools staying open for long.

Theyre going to push for kids to be tested fortnightly I think. What youre saying about the thing on twitter suggests that could be the case also.

If you test positive and then need another test to confirm. Then you do your time at home, go back to school and somebody else tests positive and your whole class gets sent home. Do those who have previously tested positive also require testing again? Especially since according to schools you don't even really need to have symptoms to need a test.
