Art is not a talent but a learn-able blue collar skill.

Disagree with this statement. It is best to think of everything requiring talent and skill. Whereas talent is a natural born gift and skill is learned through experience. Talent + Skill = Result.

Anyone can learn the skill. But not everyone has the talent. It is very true, you can learn the skill of being an artist. I know, I have. But compared to someone who has a natural artistic gift (IE Talent), if we both have equal amounts of skill, they will naturally be better at it than me.

Some crafts require more talents than skills. While other crafts require more skills than talent.

I would argue that no matter how much time you devote to learning the craft, there will always be someone better than you, who has less skills than you.
