Hey, if you're feeling bad, I literally thought my mother was evil and for some reason dying (she's fine, both senses), and I was glad she was dying. I accused her of crazy shit like poisoning neighborhood cats. I told all these fucking people how abusive she was when she really wasn't at all (in the months leading up to the psychosis she was mad at me and being difficult/unsupportive).

I sent the weirdest, most paranoid messages to high school acquaintances and college professors and other random people.

My break started off as fun and euphoric and turned into a horrible nightmare. I think every case is a bit different. You're def not alone in having a horrible manic/psychotic episode.

No one is as upset by my psychosis as I am. Hopefully we can both forgive ourselves eventually.
