How to escalate in High School?

I’m an HS Senior so I can probably help. In High School what matters the most is social status. If you have many social circles within your school, it won’t be hard for you to get laid.

But if you are like me, a guy who has been a nerd for the first 14 years of his life (I’m 18 now), and has not many social circles, focus on other aspects.

Lift (if you are like 15 and you started to lift now you would look pretty good when you will be a Senior in 3 years). None of the guys in my school lift, and if they do, they look like dyel. How not to fall into the dyel physique? Look for fuckarounditis on the net.

Having a buff physique is seriously important, especially when the competition is pathetic. Nevertheless, high social status guys will always win over decently muscular guys (at least from my experience).

Read TRP, but beware not to fall into over-theorising. I’ve been lurking for a year and acting very little. You can read a lot only if you have past experiences that let you connect the dots when you read theory. Otherwise, it’s extremely pointless and can just make your life worse.

One thing I would suggest you is: become as much sexually attractive as possible (there is plenty of content on here).

When you are invisible to women, there’s no point in going out and approaching them. You’ll look like a creep. Personal experience. Also you don’t want to be labeled as the guy who got rejected by that one girl, UNLESS you are good looking and muscular. In the latter case, you can get away with getting rejected but only if you have a strong idgaf attitude.

If your perceived SMV is high, rejections mean nothing. A girl rejected you? You shouldn’t give a fuck, it’s her loss and you hard next her. There are many other girls who would die for you. You just need to approach. What’s important here is holding frame and never ever being affected by rejections or people who tell you “So you got rejected” or laugh at you. This is probably the most important thing you should remember. You don’t need validation from other people.

Remember that your mindset is 99% of the game. You are the prize no matter what.

Good luck.
