How do you explain the importance of cybersecurity to nurses?

Some of the policies you guys are taking about sound completely insane. 90 minutes? In acute areas with non-providers or civilians walking around, it should be single digits.

Also, if you don't put your foot down with nurses every once in a while it will get worse. There used to be devices that autologged on indefinitely on generics IDs and thank God I've 86'd all of them when we moved up to windows 10. 5 minutes on a personal corporate lap laptop/desktop, period, end of story. "Can you make it so numlock stays on?", and why is my laptop so slow? I only have 18 instances of chrome open." " It logs us out like every minute.... 30 seconds,.... it's every 5 seconds. we can't even log in.... it's never worked... we call you guys all the time and noone fixes it"

On another note, password expiration policy requiring users to change them is horseshit and assumes your account is compromised. Why waste combinations?
