Day 1, ~$5 spent for Ramza shards from the daily purchase
Got to Floor 16 with two almost dead good units, didn't kill anyone on it. Used 99 Fred, 89 Ramza, 89 Sterne, 99 Mont, 99 Y'sh, 79 Helena, 79 Adelard, ~70 Vadim (mainly as an additional auto attacker, died on 9 because I didn't want to waste Chant on him without access to Steal Heart), also filler ~60 Gaff and Phoebe and ~45 Khury.
Until they died, Fred/Ramza/Mont/Sterne were in my party for whole time until floor 15. Didn't use skills til floor 8, started by using "worst" subjob skills (although in retrospect, should've used second best since couldn't make it far enough to need all three). After Vadim died swapped in Y'sh as healer and beat 10/11/12, the last enemy on 12 didn't aggro so I used all her healing to full heal before killing him. 13/14 I used those 4 + Helena as healer and swapped everyone to their normal jobs. For 15 I put Y'sh in for Sterne as sorceress and killed all but 5 or so enemies and party wiped. Sent in Sterne + Adelard + fodder and cleaned up, but only Sterne and Adelard made it to 16, where they died.
The charm + evade stage (11? Or 10) was pretty scary, but everyone still had pretty good chances to hit (70% or so) so it wasn't as bad as a I feared. Ramza did kill Fred but thankfully Y'sh hit the revive. Toad stage was also hard, I managed to get Fred enough AP to barrage and kill 3 + wound two more just before she died thankfully, or my other team wouldn't have cleared. I had no idea how long toad would last and moved Mont out of range of Esuna, which might've made a difference.
It wasn't too bad overall so far, I have enough MR orbs/Rainbow frags to max awaken Gaff and Vadim now so will try and get their job levels to 12 and some levels either today or tomorrow (I wanted to get them + Phoebe to max awakened/max job levels/decent level before it came out, but didn't expect it to drop early). Played very turtle-y (~750 turns already) and was glad I had two built healers. I think if I can beat one a day up to 19 and beat 20 in two days, I have a decent shot at 2 full clears. This is definitely my favorite content the games has had so far, I had been thinking about quitting if it disappointed (+ the gacha has been terrible towards me with no featured URs since Ramza, not a huge surprise with the rates but certainly disheartening) but I had a lot of fun and all my off focus will be LB3... eventually...
