This just punishes people for playing the game properly. The idea of slowing the game down sometimes sounds great, but I'd be pretty annoyed if the killer overcommitted to a chase and my team did 3 generators in the meantime, only for us to be met with like -30% repair speed or whatever.
It isn't playing the game properly to gen rush though and as I said it'd be time based, the generator speed penalty wouldn't last forever and the same would apply to survivors who are struggling, the speed boost wouldn't last forever either, I'm thinking about trying to make the game more fun for everyone, if I see 3 gens go off within an instant I basically just give up as I know they're trying way too hard for what should be a fun game, not a competition.
And the same goes for when I play killer, too. I don't want to be punished just because I'm doing well with an early kill or a lot of early hooks.
I never said that, time based is what I said, which is less to do with survivors being hooked and more to do with matches where neither side is moving, the killer keeps stopping gens, the survivors can't fix one, and as I said in the case of a DC it is unfair to Solo survivors and basically anyone to have an overall slower match, my attempt here is make both penalties and bonuses be equal.
The other team? Eh, not a fan of opposing sides talking before the game, that'd just eventually lead to someone selling the team out or flaming
I already said it'd be preset messages, like the emotes as messaging between platforms is often a big issue.
