I don’t particularly understand the ping argument. It’s not like you practice on 60 ping while the opposing players are on 0 ping. Using SA example of running away from skillshot vs outplaying seems to me like more of a mentality thing rather than ping issue. Obviously at 0 ping it’s easier to see and react quicker (by 60 milliseconds in this example...top level reaction time is 150 ms mind you), but you both have the same ping that you need to react to. To me it would seem more important that players are reacting to things at the same time, rather than how fast they are presented this data. All ping is is the speed at which your computer is receiving data updates from the server. So while it may be harder to play at 60 ping, it shouldn’t affect the play due to the delta of ping between players being 0. Going to lower ping shoulder make it easier to do this (theoretically), since you are receiving more updates and can have better anticipation of future events due to accuracy of location, similar to how it is easier to approximate a curve with more data points than fewer data points.

Do note...I’m not very good at this game...I’m just trying to use a perspective of logic in this sense. I could very well be entirely wrong.
