How come gay conservatives will always talk about how much the Left hates them but will never hold conservatives to the fire on their anti-gay shenanigans?

I live in the US and voted Trump. In 2016 I didn't like either candidate, felt very disaffected and was gonna stay home. At that point in time however the Syrian conflict and refugee crisis in Europe were going on. Hillary was talking about invading Syria and getting us into another expensive war, further destabilizing the ME, bringing on more waves of refugees and inflaming tensions with Russia. I went out and voted against her mainly for that reason.

I have no regrets about how I voted. He's one of the only presidents that will leave office having lost net worth so I'm not sure I follow your premise. Would I like a more polished president? Yes. But part of me was fed up with business as usual in Washington and wanted to tear the political/media establishment to shreds.

Since he's been in office the stock markets have climbed, unemployment is at historic lows, consumer confidence is high, companies have repatriated funds that were sitting overseas, companies are investing billions in employees/infrastructure, trade deals are being renegotiated, we've largely stayed out of major wars, the ISIS caliphate is gone, we've nearly brought peace to the Korean peninsula, etc, etc. There's obviously room for improvement but I'm satisfied with the progress I've seen.
