Well, I never really like Celica characterwise but I'm going to put that aside and give her an honest rating.

2.5. Her base skill set is... Just alright. Chilling Spd is the most unique skill and it's definitely very useful for her, allowing her to weaken fast units who would give her an otherwise hard time. Besides that, there isn't much else.

Like most units though, she does good with Inheritance and considering how Beloved Zofia works, she's gonna need it considering how you'll always need to be at full health with Beloved Zofia and considering how she has poor defenses she won't be able to maintain that. Things like Renewal will most certainly help her quite a bit.

Her stats themselves... They're fine, nothing to brag about. Especially if they're neutral. 35 base spd with Ayra and Mia existing is not very good and 51 atk is just average considering how most 16 might weapon users have that.

Plus, being a sword she's a lot less unique when compared to her much better magic version: The thing about regular Celica is the fact that she's a mage, a red one... Which we don't have a lot of good ones outside of a few which gives her the upper hand: The thing about Duma Celica is she doesn't have much going for her considering how we have so much sword units and most are also as good if not better.
