It's funny that you say that about TPTB because I sort of thought the opposite, that NOTM was manic and Jenny Death was depressive. Especially songs like Fuck Me Out and Sad Cum, I felt like those two songs were about hypersexuality and bipolar induced nymphomania. On GP especially seems way depressive and Jenny Death as a whole has lots of blatant references to suicidal ideation.

NOTM is sort of too cryptic for me to copy and paste any lyrics and say that those are clear examples of manic-ness but the references to hedonism and sexuality and the timbre of the Bjork samples really reinforce a manic vibe to me. Sorry if my rant about TPTB was obnoxious, I think what you said was really cool. I'm really glad their music resonates with you, I think you're not projecting at all and their music totally has elements of the disorder.
