How do you guys manage to down so much food?

My bulking diet last winter got me up to about 4000+kcal a day and looked something like this

Breakfast (I hate breakfast): 1 protein shake with 300ml whole milk, 1 banana, a glass (300ml) of orange juice

Lunch: Whatever ~1000kcal meal I come up with that day. Usually contains ~250g of some protein source, i.e. chicken, beef, pork, salmon, whatever + some carb source like rice, potatos or pasta. Some juice to go with the food

Pre-workout meal: Oats or something similar, with whole milk. Another protein shake, again with whole milk.

Post-workout meal: Some quick carbs (read that as sugar) to get me back on my feet, which surprisingly works really well, another shake again with whole milk.

Dinner: The same thing I ate for lunch.

Post-dinner snacking: About 500ml of milk, some nuts, some beef jerky, whatever the fuck I can get my hands on actually. Adds up to another 500ish kcal usually. As the last thing of the day I usually downed another shake with milk. At this point, I'm doing that for the taste.

Okay, so that's not the cleanest way to eat, and I really don't give a fuck. The point is that I drank a suprisingly large amount of calories and it worked for me. There's at least 1.5l of milk in there throughout the day, which adds up to 960kcal alone, with decentish macros too. There's another 300ish kcal in juice too (on most days that'd actually be more than that, I love the stuff). Add 2 big meals with 1000kcal each and I'm already at over 3000.

The biggest change between that and my cutting diet is really the milk. Thankfully, I'm not lactose intolerant. Quite the opposite is the case, I can drink gallons of the stuff without any problems. I still consider GOMAD to be on the edge of lunacy though.

Either way, my point is: If you can't eat your calories, drink them.
