How do you guys get motivated enough to workout everyday?

  1. Make it part of your normal routine. Evening comes, and you don't even think about it because it's workout time. You look forward to it because it's a chance to stretch your body and get pumped up, and you look forward to the endorphin rush afterwards.

  2. When you start to see your body changing. It's easier to stick to that diet and workout routine when you start to see abs in the mirror. But without any feedback on your progress, it's really hard to stay motivated to continue. This is just logic - why keep doing a thing if it doesn't appear to be working. There might be any number of reasons why your body isn't changing the way you want it to, but the main reason is usually diet - you can't out-train a bad diet, whether that is not eating enough, eating too much, or eating the wrong types of food. If you aren't making progress then you are totally right to question why you keep doing it. The choice is whether you give up and fuck off back to your comfort zone, or whether you are willing to ask for help to figure out what is going on. Seek advice from a professional (personal trainer), preferably one who has the type of physique you want - since they will have first-hand experience on what it takes to achieve that look.
