How to make guys realize you're not cool with being a one-night stand?

The thing is that's not what I want. I've done that before and had fun with it, but it just feels empty to me now. People on this post keep saying I'm being unrealistic, but I don't really think so. I was out of the dating game for a number of years in a long term relationship, (since back before tinder) but last time I checked, people dated casually and had flings from time to time, which were about more than sex. Maybe some people would call what I'm looking for a relationship, but it's one with a defined termination date. But honestly, most relationships are going to end anyway, I just know when that might happen. I feel like there are probably guys out there that would be stoked to have someone that isn't looking for commitment? Maybe I'm wrong. But if it was the right guy and I fell madly in love, I'd invite him with me on my trip. It is absolutely possible that I'm not looking in the right places for guys, especially since I don't really look for them anywhere at all. I meet people in passing- at the beach, at events helping the homeless, at breweries, bars, art fairs, concerts, etc. But I don't really put myself out there in any kind of club like some people suggested.
And yes, I think you're right. I was ranting a bit earlier, because I was frustrated with something that happened the other night with a guy that I've known since I was a kid. We had been on a few dates, and then without even kissing me first he basically tried to take things from 0 to 60...when I had made it clear that I didn't want to rush into anything. 2nd guy in a row who completely ignored what I said to them about not rushing into things. Also, I didn't have time today to respond to everyone, so I responded to what seemed most relevant and positive. I'll get back to most people when I have a bit more time
