How do you guys track your business?

I use Tableau for myself. In excel I track revenue and hours primarily. I also use an app called rescuetime to track productivity. I was dumping my bank statements to CSV to track ins and outs but stopped because the export format sucks and it was more time than it's worth. I don't run ads and I post content bi weekly but don't measure engagement because I know it's meh.

I amalgomate all of this into Tableau and build dashboards for myself.

That said Tableau is expensive and if I didn't need it for my clients I probably wouldn't pay for it. PowerBI is cheaper and arguably equivalent. Data Studio is a Google product and it's well back in terms of functionality and Visualization quality compared to the other two mentioned. BUT it functions similar to sheets/docs where its web based and free. Obviously a huge draw for those with budget handcuffs
