How happy are you?

I read somewhere that Entps for the majority feel a sense of fulfillment when they are older and their lower functions start to develop more (was either Se or Fe). That is generally what I consider happiness at the most part, a state of peace in the present where you don't feel the need to accomplish anything in the future and you are satisfied with your past. When they are younger (currently me) they are drawn into desiring that future state which with our optimism we generally view as better than our current one. So taking these points into account an ENTP i feel will gain higher levels of happiness when they. - Become older and have a sense of fulfillment or - When we stop desiring our future state and accept our current one For the second point to be achieved I feel the individual needs to distance their conscious state from their feelings and thoughts and recognize them for what they are when they occur (feelings and thoughts) they don't define us and we don't need to follow them blindly to achieve this sense of fulfillment.

In-terms of my current happiness - Bad day 5/10, 6-7/10 average day, 8/10 good day. Currently working on the second point I described
