How to help someone being electrocuted

When I was 13 I was helping my step-dad work on a dryer. Let's just say his redneck engineering classes never covered the "make sure the fucker is unplugged" portion in the fine art of working on machinery plugged into a 220. I was leaning on the side when something he did made a connection to the full metal body of this old school dryer and I can tell you, 220 will grab your ass, lock you up and not let go. I knew what a spartan kick felt like long before it was ever filmed. Between the shock and the first part of the stone cold stunner in the span of a few seconds made for a learning experience I have never forgotten over 20 years later.

Respect electricity people.
