How was high school for you?

Kind of hellish.

I lived with my mom and stepdad, and my home life was miserable. I didn't know how to take care of myself.

I was bullied in school and had few friends. Some of the teachers really liked me, though. I spent most of my time working in a lab doing cancer research.

I had a 4.0 GPA, was fifth in my class, didn't attend graduation. Ended up going to an Ivy League, where I finally felt happiness, friendship, and love for the first time. I made friends, developed close relationships with professors, and had a great time in college. I finally felt like I belonged.

So yeah, high school was definitely less than ideal. I'm glad it's over.
