Other employees dont have the freedom to do what ever they want since they are employees. The fact that the president himself is displaying that noone is exempt from toxic behaviour is a really powerful message to everyone. Also, said person was attacking hirez for his bans and making it as a conspiracy that they wanted to get rid of him, the email shows the transparency that the ban was just, because as we all saw there was no response to defend himself and chat logs were obviously checked. And to be fair hirez should have banned said person a long time ago, he had the freedom to bully players for a very long time, and that was not right, the few times i watched the stream i cringed at how he would curse in voice chat, and that's even more aggresive than in normal chat, specially when the players can be harrassed by unconditional followers if they try to defend themselves.
