A little bit disappointed but it doesn't take away from the legacy and impact his earlier music left on the culture and me personally as an artist and person. I've been following his career since he was an overlooked production credit on Jay Z and other Rocafella albums right up to College Dropout then becoming a megastar himself. Most people with a hot take on the Kanye media circus in 2018 have no clue about his unparalleled contribution to hip hop culture. That contribution is what makes his recent behavior so disappointing but the fact is next to no one can relate to the mind state and intentions of someone who has accomplished what he has while having that level of influence. I just hope he can realize his use of that influence is misguided and use it better in the future
