How do idols, especially teenagers, have such perfect skin?

The person wrote "simple they dont", this implies that they can not have good skin. It is not an insult when I have seen plenty of people from different ethnic backgrounds that have amazing skin, and people are acting like it is not common to have the good sides.

Natural textures and small pores are normal, so I do not consider them imperfections.

What insecurities would I need to project if people are making a generalisation that good skin is not common, and people need a lot of money to maintain it when that is not the reality of it. Gene's and eating a healthy diet literally goes a long way in how good your skin can look without the need to invest so much money on it. Some ethnicitys generally have better skin then others and your environment can make a difference to it naturally.

People are very one sided in this topic,I was only giving my experience and what I have seen.
