How impulsive is a 7?

Just because 7's are in the head triad doesn't mean they lack anger, you guys.. I'm a 3 and my anger can be very violent and ugly.

All the 7's I've known have been occasionally impulsive to their own detriment, the worst cases being when caught up in negative emotions or plans-gone-wrong. In my perspective, I feel they moreso are analytical in the planning phases or occasionally (and less objectively) after a fall-out. They aren't thinking when they're actively being impulsive, in my observations.

Here are some VERY sloppy and personal anecdotes, you have been warned:

7 girl acquaintance - has smacked her boyfriend a couple times out of frustration/anger, dumps him, blows up his phone and gets mad when he doesn't respond, tells me too much info.

7 ex - breaks into my house after having his parents call the cops on me for crying on their lawn because he drunkenly assaulted me (????boy bye)

7 another ex - acted on every insecurity and self-sabotaged to hell and back and then to hell again, burning everyone along the way lol wyd.

7 ex roommate - raped my drunk friend after grooming her for a few weeks into trusting him, acted nonchalant and offered to buy new bedsheets, then broke down over mental issues after I demanded he pay his 2 months late rent.
