How has the influx of Russians actually affected the rent prices in your major cities?

This is a throw away account. I'm currently in Gerogia in apartments I made through booking websites. I made these bookings before the war started. It's hard to tell whether that's equal or better than a rental contract.

I'm worried a bit that
#1 the owners could demand more payment (I don't think I would agree to pay)

#2 Make up a false complaint ("HE BROUGHT A GUN TO THE APARTMENT") so customer support cancels my booking. Or hell even a false report to the police might work to the same extent.

#3 Delete their account on the website and reboot the account

Otherwise people's reports of price increases are accurate. Things like you used to be able to get an apartment for 300ish before summer and now everything is like $700+.
