How likely is it a 49-year-old would get hired for an entry-level job?

Youth culture in college campuses? That’s only if you’re trying to be a 49 year old going to campus colleges. Otherwise, it’s literally go to class and go home. I got my first degree in my late 20s early 30s and i have no feelings of being out of place. I also had classmates that were older than me, in their late 40s or 50s and we basically just went to class, took our tests, and did what we needed to do to get our degree. I feel like if anything, you have an edge that early 20somethings may not have- you appreciate the value of the time and money it takes to accomplish getting a degree.

Not everyone wants to be a manager and should not be managers just because they’ve reached a certain age.
