If OP was fulfilling a role that hundreds of others fulfill then they shouldn’t ask for an exception such as this bc you’re right for 99% of cases. But a therapist is very specialized and those skills are incredibly important on the playa - as we all saw in 2017. I think their importance of being on playa, offering their services and skills, is something Zendo and the org greatly recognize and appreciate. Veteran burners can usually always find tickets close to the burn. Even if they cannot get a ticket through the org, maybe someone within Zendo will take it upon themself to reach out to their burner network so as to have a licensed therapist providing a life serving service.
