How long until you hear anything back?

Hi everyone. Being that this is the 4th time I have gone through this, almost always the WBI was immediate. It was very rare that people were offered WBI well after they applied. And within hours after the WBI you would get a request to schedule your PI. This year the dashboard is new and the dreaded "submission" has disappeared from it. In the past, you could sit in submission until the end and never get a request for the WBI or PI. Like I stated, it was rare to come out of submission-the longer you were in submission the worse your chances. They have always sent offers in "waves", but not WBI requests. This year they have changed some things up. The dashboard is different and I have never heard of the recruiters tweeting what is coming up. It's completely unheard of. For years applicants have been in the dark and speculated how Disney picked who would advance in the process. There are 3 recruiters that are tweeting regularly and yes, now it seems they are taking blocks of people to take the WBI well after they submitted their application.
This post was submitted 23 days ago and I'm interested to know if Scorpius_Rising has received a request to take the WBI.
Both my daughters applied on the 21st. One got her WBI and PI done that week. The other one is still sitting in applied and she most likely won't advance since it's taken this long already.
There are 12,000-15,000 applicants each session for about 5,000 jobs (according to the Orlando Sentinel). Not everyone is going to get it. I'm not trying to burst anyone's bubble, I'm just being realistic.
