We share accounts. All money goes into checking, we transfer a certain amount each month into savings, and all bills paid out of the checking account, there is no my money or hers. Once the checks are deposited it is ours. There is a weekly/monthly budget for different things.

Neither of us are greedy, so no one gets a certain percentage each month. She wants to go on a girls trip next weekend that will take 70% of this months "fun" money? That's fine, she can go and I will maybe use the 30% leftover, or she will. Some months I spend more of it. I want new wheels for my truck? A certain percentage of each months income goes to save for that, not just income from my paycheck.
