How do you manage/maintain your body weight?

Currently I have similar problem. What I plan is to do what helped me lost a lot weight not long ago. I observed what my overweight, freshly diagnosed for Diabetes 2 partner was doing. Added my modifications (less meals).

It means elimination of sugar completely, even fruits only the least sugary (berries, not too sweet apples f.ex.). Also simple carbohydrates (white bread, pasta). I had Glycemic Index list near me.

And not many and regular meals. I know advice in this point for CFS/ME is rather reverse.

What it all gave me last time was: zero cravings. I ate my main meals and didn't wan't any more.

It also means one entertainment less everyday so...
