How many of you have been given Catch-22 interview questions?

Not a technical question, but one time an interviewer asked me what I would do if I saw a coworker on facebook at work. They did not like my answer where I said I'd only do something if it was a reoccurring issue. They were looking for "I'd report it immediately" - I know cause the manager went on a whole rant about company resources which led to me asking what the right answer was. On one hand, I understand the model employee idea, but is that really the expectation in reality? I felt like I'd either lie and get dinged for obvious dishonesty or tell the truth like I did and get dinged for the wrong answer. Still salty about that interview question.
