I'm not deciding anything, but it's pretty obviouthat even in the latest Mjolnir variant of armor, plasma weapons are still very lethal, so it's not much of a difference in durability for that type of weapon.

How am I supposed to know? There is no canon difficulty, but heroic is not representative of the actual canon properties of the Halo universe.
In Skyrim there's a perk called Disintegration, which, if you use a shock spell on someone who is at 10% health, they disintegrate. Imagine that, but with the laser rifle, and it works every time. That isn't game breaking, as they are going to die anyway. But instead, in every Fallout game, whenever you kill someone with the laser rifle it only sometimes causes them to disintegrate. It's inconsistent.
The fact that it's inconsistent doesn't mean it's not canon. That makes no sense as it is a gameplay feature. I've already proven that laser weapons are extremely powerful and can disintegrate a person.

Dude, you messed up. Tsar Bomb is way more than 2135 joules. And you just proved for me that the assault rifle will penetrate it. Regular 7.62x51mm is over 3000J and Chief's is the armor piercing variant. Whoopsie.
The Tsar bomb puts out 2.1×1017 J which is equal to 2135.7 joules.

Because they fight other factions who have tech that is equal to or better than theirs like the Enclave and Institute, or Brotherhood Outcasts. Everything else in the wasteland doesn't touch them.

Why even ask this? It's clearly a powerful blast. It vaporized all of the synths in the room, turning them into ash. I don't know how powerful it was exactly, but for it to do that, it would have to be pretty damn powerful. Are you implying that it was as strong as a candle light?
