How many extra calories should I eat to get a bigger butt?

This whole statement on BMI is patently false.

This should be good

According to a study in the topic if you are overweight there is a ~5% chance that you have a healthy bf% if you are obese there is a ~0.2% chance that you have a healthy bf%. However if you are in the healthy weight range the chance you have an unhealthy bf% is ~55%.

You... you do know bf% and BMI are two very different things right?

BMI is only really innacurate if you’re in the healthy range because it underestimated how fat people are not because it fails to take into account muscle mass.

But BMI literally doesn't taken into account body composition at all. It is a simple is saying someone who is 5'9 should be between 125 and 169lbs to be healthy. It doesn't matter if its 169lbs at 25% body fat or 169 @ 10% body fat. It makes absolutely no difference as far as BMI is concerned.

Looking in the mirror is a much better indicator than BMI for anyone who is able to be remotely honest when judging themselves.
