How many hours before work do you wake up? What's your morning routine?

I agree. I was an engineer on a satelittle. I ultimately got fired over this. They told me to quit because I was struggling with attending a useless daily operations meeting. This meeting was going over the same spreadsheet everyday. Nothing goes fast enough there for us to need a daily anything. Building satelittles is about throughness and consistency, not speed. So it became a dial in meeting for me as I was driving in. (I was told this didn't count as attendance or working ny old manager but he didnt really care.)

Later I got a new boss who arrives at 5 am. And then I would get the "you are late" at 8:30 emails. I stood up for myself and they walked me out. I had to get a reasonable accomodation for 9 am start time due to depression (abnormal sleep patterns). And they still walked me out like I was a criminal.

Now I work for NASA so fuck them. I hope they pull another Zuma. I dont choose to have sleep issues and I will never be a morning person. It doesnt make me lazy.
