How many people in Wales live in traditional stone wall house?

I used to work in housing and went through several bouts of funding for insulation and boilers.

Every EWI project ended up in a huge percentage of damp complaints. Many of which were chronically underreported.

Electric boilers were substandard and ended in a lot of complaints, but less than EWI by a long chalk.

Solar panels for hot water and loft insulation were about the best schemes in terms of actually helping people, and not leaving them in the shit without a boiler or causing damage to their homes.

In my experience, there are huge problems in the delivery of schemes like EC04, from the technology chosen, the procurement of contractors to the reporting.

I wouldn't let anyone under the EC04 scheme anywhere near my home with so much as a screwdriver and some scotch tape. Which is a shame because green initiatives are massively needed, but instead we get tickbox exercises like this.
