She was not $150 an hour. She charged $150 for the service(s) she provided to you. Not that the rate a sex worker charged has anything to do with this question anyway. I can't speak to the validity of her claim of getting tested "very frequently" because I don't know her. However as a sex worker, I get tested every three months. All the women that I know in the industry get tested very frequently as well so I would imagine the provider you saw does the same. You made sure that you saw a verified/reviewed provider and you practiced safe sex. You did everything that you could to be safe and that's all that you can do. You're just paranoid but it never hurts to get tested. I found this link that lists the per-partner transmission rate which means “given that you have sex with an infected partner, what is the chance that you’ll get infected?”.
