Since becoming an adult, sex has generally happened within the first 3 dates, or it just hasn't happened at all.

If you met this guy through tinder and the conversation has been sexually charged, I'd expect him to view sex as to probably be available at some point between sometime during the first encounter/date to sometime shortly after the second date.

Of course, if you explicitly discussed your respective sexual timelines and desires and he still agreed to meet, odds are goo's that you don't have all that much to worry about.
