At the end of May I have set for myself 8 activities to do EVERY day (reading, studying french, meditation and so on) and each day I tracked how things were going for the whole summer.
Of course, there were days where my productivity was high in a row and others where I can see the graph going down but this let me understand what were my weaknesses and behaviour that lead me to that. . .
