I am new to the country new to the neighborhood and not ONE not a single person is this neighborhood has made an effort to befriend me, asked me where I'm from or if I need help exploring the area.

This is you guys' home you should welcome me first with open arms. Is this seriously how Canadians treat guests in their country? When you come to Puerto Rico everyone smiles and welcomes you if you are foreigner people hug you and here, all I have gotten is cold looks from white Canadians. Thats all I am saying, that theres a difference in how people treat guests in foreign countries compared to how they do in canada. Can you not acknowledge this?
