How is Monster Hunter World compared to the other games of the series?

^ honestly second this

Worlds mechanics and gameplay far far outreach previous entries, the controls are intuitive and tight and it makes a world of difference (no pun intended)

Also as someone who enjoys generations which is essentially the culmination of all the pre world games, world is just more satisfying, it actually feels like a world of monsters and the maps feel like actual enviroments instead of boxed rooms with tectures wallpapered around

Not knocking the older games but the jump to the new generation improved the game dramatically

People will say about the content not being as much, yeah it doesnt have 90 monsters but thats because its the first game in this engine, it will get there
