How to get the most yield with a tiny 2x2 grow tent - scrog or sog or are there better options?

I'm a New grower. I'm actually growing for the first time in a 2x2 foot area in scrog. Ik mine isn't perfect. My net should be lower or I should have raised the plants but I learned that lesson for next time. Originally my plant would've been the 3 inches higher it needs to be but I couldn't use the dolly I had my setup on cuz it was to flimsy.. This is a closet grow nothing special.

450w viparspectra (200w at the wall) I chose this light cuz everything I read said go for 50w per sq ft and it seemed relatively cheap with higher quality features and performance.

Two clones-GSC and SOUR OG I vegged 4 weeks and flipped them 12/12 Nov 2nd Fox farms happy frog 5g smart pots Fox farms trio very sparingly (after 4 weeks of nothing) Also unsulphured blackstrap molasses between feedings. I've read mixed stuff about using fox farms trio and the molasses. Molasses is for the microbes in the soil and I've read that fox farm big bloom, tiger bloom kill the microbes in your soil so there's no point in molasses. I do it anyways. I don't have a fancy setup just a couple fans and dehumidifier.. I made it so I can pull my scrog out of my closet so I can tend to and see everything from every angle. Here's a pic of my first go at this
