Reusable Nespresso pods are great. Cheaper and a lot better for the environment.
My department would have alott time during handover to discuss which beans we should buy. They were very serious about their caffeine.

You can get a free machine if your team consumes a min. no of pods, the more you consume, the fancier the machine shouldn't be a problem at a hospital...
A department I was at as a student bought a used professional machine, they joked that the rotation comes with a free barista course. Though it does take some skill with those fancy machines, adjusting the temperature etc.
