Hey, man. Your feelings are valid and you're a valuable person no matter what you look like and what your height is. That should have no bearing on befriending people because real authentic bros don't care about that stuff. I used to live in a small town too, but moving for me did increase my happiness a lot. Suddenly there was a lot to do and a lot to see, lots of new people to meet. It was like shaking off shackles from my feet. Don't knock it until you've tried it! At least hobbies-wise there would be more options and hobbies are a good way of making new friends. As long as family's not too far away, that should make the move feel a bit safer.
