How much does it cost to open a pharmacy? (I know this is a very general and vague question. But it's a starting point)

I live in kinda a rural town the south, and my town is gives out 5 years or so worth of local tax credits to small businesses (basically they get 5 years to pay little to 0 taxes). They mainly give them out like that because they are always trying to attract businesses there (for years, the town has struggled to attract even big businesses).

An independent pharmacy opened about 4 & 1/2 yrs. ago in the lot where a Bruster’s Ice Cream store used to be—they cleared the lot and built a whole new building. And just this year, the people that own that pharmacy opened another one on the other side of our town—directly across from a busy CVS. I don’t want to give you false hope and I don’t know where you live but it’s seemed pretty easy here for them at least.
